About the workshop
The ACAR Clinic鈥檚 ECHO-Autism telementoring programme 鈥 the first of its kind in Quebec 鈥 aims to standardize best practices and increase knowledge about autism and related conditions among healthcare providers.
Using a hub-and-spoke knowledge-sharing approach, a panel of expert specialists (a.k.a. the 'Hub Team') lead virtual clinics catered to health professionals and trainees in local communities.
Each session includes a short didactic lecture on a specific topic, followed by a case study by an attendee and a group discussion.
听
About the ECHOTM model
The 听consists of a platform for both delivery of services and outcomes research, with the purpose of reducing health disparities by erasing barriers between specialty and primary care, particularly in underserved and remote areas.

The ACAR Clinic鈥檚 workshops are approved for accreditation by the (CPD) of the 平特五不中 Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences.
