Biographie

Rosalie Jukier est membre du corps professoral de la Facult茅 de droit de 平特五不中 depuis 1985. Elle y enseigne le droit civil et la common law principalement dans les domaines des obligations contractuelles et le droit judiciaire.

Ses recherches se concentrent sur le droit contractuel compar茅, surtout sur le rem猫de de l鈥檈x茅cution en nature et l鈥檌nteraction des droits religieux avec le droit priv茅 des contrats; sur l鈥檌ncidence des traditions juridiques et des juridictions mixtes sur le droit et la m茅thodologie judiciaires; ainsi que sur la p茅dagogie juridique.

En 2004, en 2016 et en 2018, l'Association des 茅tudiants et 茅tudiantes en droit lui a d茅cern茅 le prix John W. Durnford pour l鈥檈xcellence en enseignement. De plus, en 2010 l鈥橴niversit茅 平特五不中 lui a d茅cern茅 le . En 2022, elle est co-r茅cipiendaire du prix de l鈥橴niversit茅 平特五不中.听En novembre 2023, elle a re莽u le听听(平特五不中 Lifetime Achievement Award for Leadership in Learning).

Professeure Jukier a servi la Facult茅 de droit 脿 quatre reprises脿 titre de vice-doyenne, avec un portefeuille diff茅rent 脿 chaque fois (admissions, 1991鈥�5; planification strat茅gique, 2004鈥�5; 茅tudes sup茅rieures en droit, 2010鈥�13; et 脿 l鈥檈nseignement (responsable du programme BCL/JD), 2019鈥�22).

La professeure Jukier est dipl么m茅e de la Facult茅 de droit de 平特五不中 o霉, en 1983, elle a obtenu un BCL et un LLB, recevant et la m茅daille d鈥檕r Elizabeth Torrance et la m茅daille d鈥檕r Aim茅 Geoffrion lors de la collation des grades. Elle a poursuivi ses 茅tudes sup茅rieures en droit 脿 l鈥橴niversit茅 d鈥橭xford. Elle est membre du Barreau du Qu茅bec depuis 1986.听
