Academic and Career wellness are two of eight components found on the Wellness Wheel.

These components describe the ability to achieve enrichment and fulfillment through education and/or work. It involves active learning and skill development to foster improvement and growth, and making academic and career choices that are in line with one’s values, interests, and beliefs to achieve personal satisfaction.

°Õ³ó±ðÌýCareer Planning Service (CAPS)Ìýassists students in career development and search for permanent, part-time, and summer jobs, as well as internships, by providing workshops, individual advising, a comprehensive job posting service, and an extensive Career Resource Centre.

helps ƽÌØÎå²»ÖÐ’s diverse student body achieve their academic goals and overcome barriers in university by providing accommodations for students with documented disabilities, as well as learner support. Academic accommodations are available for students with documented disabilities, while other resources and programs supporting academic achievement are available to all ƽÌØÎå²»ÖÐ students.Ìý This includes on-demand resources and webinars, a tutor-matching program, and targeted programming focused on teaching academic strategies.

Academic AdvisingÌýis another great resource, as advisors offer guidance and help students make informed decisions to take some of the uncertainty out of undergraduate studies.Ìý
