Physical wellness is oneÌýof eight componentsÌýfound on the Wellness Wheel.

This component describes the ability to takeÌýgood care of your physical body.Ìý We encourage you to develop a plan to become healthier (not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as well) during your time at ƽÌØÎå²»ÖÐ. There are a variety of resources and support networks designed to help you thrive and care for your well-being.
