2024 Evaluation Capacity Case Challenge
The inaugural edition of the Evaluation Capacity Case Challenge (EC3)听took place at the Max Bell School of Public Policy on May听24th and 25th, 2024 (in-person and online). The Case Site selected for 2024 was the Fraser Health Authority's (FHA) Virtual Health Department. They tasked the four teams with the following challenge question,
"How do we lay the foundation for embedding sustainable evaluation practice and the ongoing use of evaluation findings within VHD?"

- Francois-Daniel Portelance,听Ph.D student enrolled at the Faculty of Education, Queen鈥檚 University, as he focuses on听Evaluation, Community Engagement, and Knowledge Mobilization.

- Elaine Les is a PhD student at Montclair State University in the Department of Family Science and Human Development.
- Natalie Pilla,听a mixed methods researcher, facilitator, and project manager.
- Erika Sturgis,听a project manager for EvaluATE at The Evaluation Center-Western Michigan University.
- Ihsan Thaheem,听a doctoral candidate and a teaching associate at Ohio University in the Educational Leadership and Public Policy Affairs Interdisciplinary PhD Program.
