About the Speakers
Kristen C. Howard is the Liaison Librarian for History, Classics, Indigenous Studies, and Religious Studies at the ƽÌØÎå²»ÖÐ Library. Kristen has a PhD in History and a keen interest in food history.
MarcyÌýGoldmanÌýis a Montreal-based cookbook author and professional trained pastry chef (as well as a ƽÌØÎå²»ÖÐ English Literature grad!) She's a contributor to the Washington Post, Costco Magazine and hosts her own baking site, Betterbaking.com since 1997. Currently she is at work on a new cookbook on breads which will be her 15th cookbook title.
