About Pearl Eliadis

Pearl Eliadis (B.S.C., B.C.L., LL.B. (平特五不中), B.C.L. (Oxon.) is a senior lawyer in private practice, focusing on human rights, national institutions and democratic development. With more than two decades of public policy experience in federal and provincial governments as a policy professional and a lawyer. Pearl has successfully led complex, global projects dealing with national institutions, evaluation, and human rights, with in-country missions to China, Ethiopia, Nepal, Rwanda, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Tajikistan and Timor Leste. Pearl has been retained by institutional and multilateral clients, including the United Nations, the European Commission, governments and NGOs. She is affiliated with the 平特五不中鈥檚 Faculty of Law and serves as President of the Quebec Bar Association鈥檚 Human Rights Committee.聽
