The 平特五不中 Pension Plan for members of the Service Employees' Union (eligible employees in the Data Centre, Facilities Management, Residences & Faculty Club听and Printing Services) is what is known as a 鈥渄efined contribution鈥� plan. The amount of contribution is known in advance, but the amount of pension isn鈥檛. The amount of pension you receive depends on the size of your 鈥減ension account鈥� at retirement, your age, and market conditions when you convert your savings into a retirement income.听 One settlement option you may want to consider is the 平特五不中 - Group Life Income Fund.
