鈥婣ccording to the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology, "To achieve health benefits, adults ages 18-65 should accumulate at least 150 minutes of moderate to vigorous aerobic physical activity per week in bouts of 10 minutes or more". This doesn't mean that you have to go to the gym 6 days a week or training for a marathon. There are many different ways you can move more.
Navigate this section to help you get started, stay motivated and achieve your fitness goals. You will find Canadian Physical Activity Guidelines, Apps for tracking your physical activity, activities to get moving around campus, and ongoing activities such as 平特五不中 Athletics fitness activities.听
