August 30, 2023: Version 1.4: Added "Since the 平特五不中 investment Pool (MIP) is not subject to the same terms and conditions..." to the Purpose and Scope section. Removed P4 (Procedures), and modified section PR2.2.2. Added second bullet point to PR3.1: "When entering into a derivatice transaction for the operational account...". Modified the title of Foreign Exchange Transactions excluding transactions of 平特五不中 Investment Pool to Foreign Exchange, and removed the section "Foreign Excchange Transactions of the 平特五不中 Investment Pool. Added "and/or Finance Committee, as deemed appropriate" under PR4.1 & PR4.2.聽
