Vivian helps foster R&D collaborations and transfer of knowledge between faculty and industry partners. Her academic background includes a PhD in Chemical Engineering from 平特五不中. Prior to joining the Engine, she worked as a process engineer for several years at multinational engineering firms in Canada, Brazil and Australia, and has acted as a technical patent advisor for a Montreal legal firm. Her mix of academic and industry expertise is ideally suited to achieve the goals of all involved with the 平特五不中 Engine Centre, the Innovation and Partnerships Office, and industry. Research Commercialization and Technology Transfer
The聽Office of Innovation and Partnerships manages the intellectual property developed at 平特五不中. Among their responsibilities, the team protects intellectual property through the disclosure and patenting process, negotiates technology transfer (options, licenses) agreements with industry, and markets 平特五不中 inventions to potential licensees.
