"Knowing Better and Doing Better" is Back! Workshop #2: Tokenism in the Classroom

Welly Minyangadou Ngokobi, PhD student in educational studies and Vice President EDI for EGSS, is hosting Workshop #2 of her EDI workshop series on working in culturally diverse learning spaces.
This workshop tackles Tokenism, and the blurred line it constitutes between inclusivity and exclusivity. The workshop, and the series in general, was created in a direct response to concerns raised from the Education student body and current educators in the field on not receiving enough information, resources and training on the matter.
It will be held on Saturday March 25th, 2023 from 10am to noon, on ZOOM.
