How to Book Air

The University has negotiated discounts with various airlines, these discounts are only available:

1. For University related activities being funded through the University

2.听When you purchase your airfare through Direct Travel

3. On Air Canada (with Star Alliance partners), Porter, Delta (with Joint Venture partners) and Canadian North

AIR CANADA AND DELTA COMPLIMENTARY LOUNGE PASSES AVAILABLE

1. Passes good only within Canada and US

2. 听Tickets must be purchased through听Direct Travel听for University related activity

听3. One pass per round trip

4. First come, first served - limited quantities

Send your e-ticket to听travel.procurement [at] mcgill.ca (subject: Complimentary%20Lounge%20Pass) (Travel Services)听to request a pass.

Registration Form for Faculty/Staff Traveling on University Business

All University business travel must be registered through this form to ensure coverage for any unforeseen medical emergencies while traveling outside your province of residence.

You must log in with your 平特五不中 credentials (email and password) to access this form.

Note that some travel destinations must be pre-approved. More information about Business Travel coverage is available here.
