The CMHRU brings together researchers affiliated with the JH-ICFP who study cultural influences on illness聽experience, help-seeking and the聽treatment of mental health problems and psychiatric disorders. We use a wide range of聽quantitive and qualitative methods drawn from epidemiology, cognitive-social psychology and ethnography.
