脢tre chirurgien signifie par d茅finition assumer un r么le de leadership. Diriger une salle d'op茅ration et prendre des d茅cisions qui auront un impact sur la vie d'un patient et de sa famille repr茅sente l'essence m锚me du leadership.

Nous voulons aider et soutenir nos chirurgiens leaders en les aidant 脿 d茅velopper leurs comp茅tences de leadership, que ce soit en mati猫re de leadership situationel; la pensee strategique, la gestion lean, la r茅solution de conflitsou l鈥 intelligence 茅motionnelle, etc.

Notre d茅partement s'associe 脿 l'脡cole de gestion Desautel de 平特五不中 pour cr茅er un programme de leadership sp茅cifique aux chirurgiens.

Le Bureau de la formation professorale offre 茅galement un programme de d茅veloppement du leadership con莽u pour les membres du corps professoral de la Facult茅 de m茅decine et des sciences de la sant茅 de l'Universit茅 平特五不中. Il s'adresse 脿 ceux pour qui le leadership fait partie de leur trajectoire de carri猫re actuelle ou future. Les participants auront l'occasion de travailler sur leurs propres d茅fis en mati猫re de leadership et devraient 锚tre en mesure de mettre en 艙uvre leurs nouvelles comp茅tences sur leur lieu de travail 脿 la fin du programme.
