Comportement organisationnel : An overview of theories and models on leading and managing organizational change. Topics such as leaders spearheading change, the change process, preventing and addressing resistance to change, and creating consensus and buy-in will be covered. Change models, theories and techno-structural methods will be applied using contemporary Canadian case studies.

  • Prerequisite: MGCR 222 or CORG 225

  • **Due to the intensive nature of this course, the standard add/drop and withdrawal deadlines do not apply. Add/drop is the first lecture day and withdrawal is the second lecture day.
