DEFINING AND COMBATTING HARASSMENT IN HEALTH SCIENCES EDUCATION
We developed instructional videos and simulation training to prepare medical residents to effectively handle harassment during their work and education. We then investigated the effectiveness of our educational interventions by examining related psychological processes and assessing the responses of our learners.

DEVELOPING AND EVALUATING INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEOS TO SUPPORT MEDIA LITERACY EDUCATION AND EMOTION REGULATION.
We developed educational animations to explain the importance of emotion regulation in media literacy, particularly in evaluating questionable health news. We then investigated the relationship between emotions and how learners assess various media pieces.

HEALTHCARE WORKERS COPING STRATEGIES TO DEAL WITH STRESS DURING COVID-19
We investigated coping strategies that health care workers used to deal with stress during the pandemic, assessing their effectiveness, and using that information to recommend new measures to protect the mental health of health care professionals.

EXPLORING THE ROLES OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN HEALTH SCIENCES EDUCATION
We explored the roles of AI in health sciences education. Specifically, through (a) a scoping review and (b) out outreach activities, including a national panel of experts in the field of AI in health sciences education from medical education, associations, and industry.
