AMURE 鈥 bargaining in presence of conciliator

平特五不中 Human Resources has asked Research and International Relations to relay updates on the University鈥檚 negotiations with AMURE, the union representing research associates and assistants.

AMURE 鈥 bargaining in presence of conciliator

The parties met all day on Oct. 24 in the presence of the government-appointed conciliator.听 The parties reviewed in detail what remains to be discussed and agreed to continue discussing non-monetary items, reserving monetary items for future meetings.

Four topics were chosen for discussion, which were the subject of presentations from the union, followed by questions and discussions.听 Proposals made by 平特五不中 on technological change, training and development, and on subjects that could be taken immediately to step two in the arbitration process were reviewed and commented by the union.听 Modified versions of the articles related to these topics will be presented for review at the next meeting, set for October 31st.

Five additional dates in November and December were agreed to in order to progress with the remaining elements to be negotiated, both non-monetary and monetary. These discussions will also take place in the presence of the conciliator.

Les parties se sont rencontr茅es durant toute la journ茅e du 24 octobre dernier en pr茅sence de la conciliatrice d茅sign茅e par le gouvernement. Les parties ont revu en d茅tail ce qui reste 脿 锚tre discut茅 et ont convenu de poursuivre la n茅gociation des 茅l茅ments non-mon茅taires, mettant de c么t茅 les 茅l茅ments mon茅taires pour discussion future.听

Quatre sujets de discussion ont 茅t茅 choisis, qui ont fait l鈥檕bjet de pr茅sentations par le syndicat, suivies de questions et discussions.听 Des propositions de la part de l鈥橴niversit茅 ayant trait au changement technologique, 脿 la formation et d茅veloppement, et 脿 d鈥檃utres sujets pouvant conduire imm茅diatement 脿 la deuxi猫me 茅tape de la proc茅dure d鈥檃rbitrage ont 茅t茅 revus et comment茅s par le syndicat. Des versions modifi茅es des articles qui concernent ces sujets seront pr茅sent茅es pour 锚tre revues lors de la prochaine听 s茅ance de n茅gociation, pr茅vue pour le 31 octobre.

Cinq dates ont 茅t茅 convenues en novembre et d茅cembre en vue de l鈥檃vancement des points non-mon茅taires et mon茅taires encore non-r茅solus. Ces s茅ances auront lieu 茅galement en pr茅sence de la conciliatrice.
