The purpose of the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC) Program is to support research in its initial stages, for up to two years, for both emerging and established scholars in the social sciences and humanities.

Researchers who are planning to apply to the upcoming SSHRC Insight Development Grants competition in February 2024 are encouraged to attend this information session, which will include:

• A presentation about the program objectives, application requirements, review process, and application strategies, by Biljana Vasilevska, Preeti Purba-Singh (Grants and Agreements Officers - OSR), and Victor Arshad (Senior Advisor Research Development - VPRI)

• A question and answer period where participants may raise additional questions about the program or the application and review process.
