Religious Studies鈥 75th听Anniversary: 1948-2023
Our 75th听驰别补谤!听We almost missed it. In our pandemic remotion, it almost passed unrecognized. Early this summer, a small group of faculty colleagues happened to do the math together. We realized what an important year this is for Religious Studies at 平特五不中, and what a celebratory year it should be for all of us associated with the School. We discussed how, in 2022-23, we have a lot to celebrate. After years of pandemic isolation, we are grateful already to be able to come together in person again. But we are grateful for so much more this year. We invite you to join celebrations of our legacy of excellence by attending one of our many anniversary events this year

The program, which you are about to watch, consists of a series of videos explaining various aspects of the Hindu tradition. In these videos, a student questions a teacher of Hinduism on various aspects of the tradition and then both of them engage in a sustained discussion about it.
These videos are being released as part of the 75th anniversary celebrations of the School of Religious Studies, on the 2nd of October, to coincide with the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, a great Hindu of our times.
