In line with our commitment to keep you apprised of developments concerning the archeological investigation of the site of the former Royal Victoria Hospital, I write to share the following update.听
Yesterday, the Superior Court of Quebec rendered its decision regarding the application of the Settlement Agreement reached last April.听
We will study the decision and its implications more fully in the days to come. In the meantime, as per the court鈥檚 decision, the work at the site may continue.听
