Inter-Provincial Agreements

平特五不中

Summary

There are three interprovincial agreements that have an impact on the procurement activities of educational institutions based in Quebec:

罢丑别听, the 2008 Agreement on the opening of public procurement for New Brunswick and Qu茅bec, and the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Ontario and Qu茅bec. One of the objectives of these agreements is to eliminate local preferences, biased technical specifications, unfair registration requirements, and other discriminatory practices for non-Quebec resident suppliers in order to ensure equal access to procurement for all interested Canadian suppliers.

For more information on how these interprovincial agreements apply to Quebec educational institutions, please consult this (French only).
