AP Gordon's research examines how social structures influence the persistence of wrongdoing and social responsibility within and beyond organizations. As a network scholar informed by organizational and institutional theory, she explores how social cohesion emerges from meso-level relationship structures. Empirically, she leverages a combination of big data, longitudinal network analysis, and multivariate regression analyses to explore these issues.
