Internal reporting

Access to personal information request: As per the , 平特五不中 cannot release personal information about a 平特五不中 community member. You can however request access to the personal information held by the University that pertains to you through a to Secretariat.

On March 28th 2019, 平特五不中's Board of Governors has adopted the revised Policy against Sexual Violence (updated from 2016), confirming the University's commitment to ensuring that its campuses are free of acts of sexual violence. One of the key changes brought about by the revised Policy is the creation of a centralized reporting and investigative procedure, led by an independent special investigator.聽

Filing a report

The Office for Mediation and Reporting (OMR) receives all reports of sexual violence at 平特五不中.聽 Click here to access more information about the OMR.聽

You can book a consultation with the OMR by filling out this online form or by emailing them at omr [at] mcgill.ca.听听

Once an investigation is completed, the report is given to the Provost, the complainant, and the respondent.聽 If there is cause for discipline, the Provost transmits the report to the appropriate disciplinary authority.聽
