Biography: As a first generation Canadian, Adele learned the importance of passion from her Portuguese grandparents and parents. It was their support that led Adele to choose 平特五不中 to start her Bachelor of Sciences degree in 2021. At 平特五不中, Adele finds a high level of academics, engaging student life, and a vibrant city that she is very happy to call home.
In high school, outstanding science educators inspired Adele with how they made the subjects accessible, fascinating, and engaging. Before developing this passion for science, Adele鈥檚 first love was music. She started with piano and then played both the oboe and the viola. Through music she learned how communication can take various forms and realized she could impart emotion to her audience and convey messages through her performances.
Adele is enthusiastic to continue to communicate and form relationships with her audiences through the Office of Science Education, and she looks forward to collaborating with colleagues!
