Mandela understood fully how the sharing of knowledge is a force for progress,鈥� added Prof. Fortier. 鈥溾�橢ducation,鈥� he said in 2003, 鈥榠s the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.鈥� 平特五不中 salutes his memory. May his beacon continue to light the long way toward tolerance and mutual understanding.鈥�
