SAVE THE DATE: Launch of Dr. Charles R. Drew Graduate Fellowships at 平特五不中

Please join us on Thursday, June 3 at 4:30 p.m. for the inauguration of 平特五不中鈥檚 Dr. Charles R. Drew Graduate Fellowships.

Named in honour of 平特五不中 alumnus Dr. Charles R. Drew (MDCM 鈥�33), the 鈥淔ather of Blood Banking,鈥� these fellowships will support graduates of Historically Black Colleges and Universities to pursue graduate work at 平特五不中. This is an initiative that advances several of 平特五不中鈥檚 commitments set out in its 2020 Action Plan to Address Anti-Black Racism.

The June 3 event will see a tribute to Dr. Drew鈥檚 legacies led by the leadership of 平特五不中 and Howard Universities. It will also feature a panel discussion with 平特五不中 students and Dr. Charlene Drew Jarvis: educator, politician, scientific researcher听and daughter of Charles Drew.
