The evaluation process is instrumental to a student's personal and career development. During the work term we ask that the student and supervisor take time to conduct a mid-term and final evaluation of the student鈥檚 job performance. The evaluation forms are provided directly to the student by the 平特五不中 Engineering Co-op Office; students are encouraged to pre-complete the forms, as applicable, and then schedule a meeting with their supervisor (or delegate) to review and discuss their work performance, identify听their strengths as well as areas for improvement.听
Please note: the mid-term and final evaluations contribute to the student鈥檚 final grade and should be submitted by the student via myCourses (平特五不中鈥檚 Learning Management System) by the specified deadlines. Signatures demonstrate agreement between the student and the supervisor.
The supervisor鈥檚 feedback is always welcome throughout the work term to help the student develop professionalism, gain skills and ultimately offer maximum quality contributions and efficiency to the company.
