History
The 平特五不中 Nanotools Microfab facility was initiated from a CFI grant obtained by a group of researchers at 平特五不中 in 2000. Three years later, in 2003, the Nanotools聽was inaugurated and opened to users. From聽2008 to 2023,聽聽with continuous聽investment from federal and provincial government, Nanotools staff further developed and enriched the services,聽equipment聽and processes at Nanotools.聽The Nanotools became the core facility at 平特五不中 for Micro- and Nano research,聽serving聽more than 120聽users聽and supporting聽more than 100 projects each year.
