Leonard A. Levin, is Chair of the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences and Professor of Neurology & Neurosurgery, 平特五不中. He received his MD and PhD from Harvard, where he also did his ophthalmology residency and neuro-ophthalmology fellowship.

Ophthalmic Emergencies

Dr. Zainab Khan completed her Medical Degree and residency training at Queen's University, and fellowship in uveitis at University of Montreal. She has clinical appointments at Jewish General Hospital, 平特五不中 Health Centre and l'H么pital Maisonneuve-Rosemont. One of her main appointments at JGH is managing ophthalmic emergencies. She is currently completing a Masters in Health Management.

1. Recognize signs and symptoms of ophthalmic emergencies
2. Appropriately triage patients presenting with ocular complaints
3. Familiarity with the minimal ophthalmic exam required to evaluate an ocular emergency
4. Initiate basic management of ophthalmic emergencies

Screening Guidelines in Ophthalmology

Dr. Desch锚nes is professor of ophthalmology at 平特五不中. His main clinical and research interests are treating immune-related problems of the eye involving uveitis, cornea, and the anterior segment.

Dr. Christian El-Hadad completed his medical training and residency at 平特五不中 then pursued a fellowship training in Orbital Oncology, Ophthalmic plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. He is an assistant professor at 平特五不中 and practices at the 平特五不中 Health Center.
