Effective as of the Fall 2018 term, an between the French Community of Belgium and Quebec government allows francophone Belgian students to be exempted from the international tuition fee supplement.
Documents required:
a) Francophone community Belgians听without Canadian legal status:
- Valid Belgian passport
- Study permit
- CAQ
- Front and back sides of the Carte d'identit茅 belge francophone valide (with "Belgique" written in French, listed first at the top left) OR the certificat d鈥檈nseignement secondaire sup茅rieur (CESS) OR
the dipl么me de baccalaur茅at ou de ma卯trise d茅livr茅 par un 茅tablissement de l鈥檈nseignement obligatoire ou sup茅rieur organis茅 ou subventionn茅 par la Communaut茅 fran莽aise de Belgique.

Fee rates (students without Canadian status):
- Undergraduate program students are eligible to be charged at the Canadian rate of tuition.
- Graduate program students, including students in a Qualifying year, are eligible to be charged at the Quebec rate of tuition
- All Special and Visiting students are eligible to be charged at the Canadian rate of tuition.

Note regarding self-funded programs: ALL students - regardless of legal status - are charged the same rate of tuition fees. Fee exemptions are therefore not applicable to these specific programs. Please refer to .
