Postdoc registration and appointment for payroll purposes are separate processes. The Postdoctoral Office听handles only the admission/registration of postdocs on the 平特五不中 student registration system, and does not have access to payroll systems.听It is the sole responsibility of the department/research unit to process appointment forms of newly-registered and continuing postdocs for the payment of stipends.
Each unit should designate an administrator(s) responsible for听general postdoc affairs and听the appointment of postdocs through the appropriate payroll system. Postdocs should be appointed for payroll purposes through the usual payroll systems of 平特五不中, the hospital or the affiliated Institute. Payroll issues should be resolved locally.
