We're proud to announce that听won Grand Prize at the 2023 iGEM Grand Jamboree 鈥�- the top world-wide student competition in synthetic biology. Our outstanding iGEM team won against听400+ competitors and became the first ever Canadian team to win the Grand Prize at the iGEM Jamboree in 20 years, and after only its second consecutive year of participation.听In addition to placing first, they also were awarded Special Prizes incuding: Best Therapeutics, Best Part Collection, Best Presentation.
平特五不中's iGEM features undergraduate students from across the University, with many from the Department of Bioengineering, who were mentored and supported by Prof.听Codruta Ignea听(Bioengineering) and Prof.听Lisa Munter听(笔丑补谤尘补肠辞濒辞驳测).
