The 14th edition of the 平特五不中 Dobson Bootcamp and Cup program powered by National Bank was filled with ambition and innovation. Forty-one teams were initially selected to be a part of the highly competitive program in January.
This year's competition highlighted the importance of supporting and embracing diversity within innovation. From startups exploring mental and sexual health to education accessibility, the finalists brought their diverse perspectives and backgrounds to create ground-breaking solutions to today's issues. These remarkable entrepreneurs come from 8 平特五不中 Faculties, seven countries, and 16 other universities.
The 116 founders participating this year were accompanied throughout the program by more than 47 top-caliber contributors who shared their knowledge and expertise through mentoring sessions, workshops, and judging panels.
The finals, which were held on March 28 and 29, saw the 24 teams competing for just over $200,000 in funding. Meet the winners across the 4 Tracks:

Vope Medical developed an AI-driven software to clean lens contamination in minimally invasive surgery. Cleaning contamination is disruptive and inefficient. Vope provides premier vision in surgery so surgeons can focus on what matters.

TrustCare is an AI-driven solution that facilitates real-time information flow through the senior care process.
Environmental Enterprise Track Winners
1st Place Winner:
Peko Produce delivers imperfect听or surplus fruits and vegetables to consumers at up to 40% off grocery prices. They are on a mission to fight food waste and promote access to affordable, healthy food.
2nd Place Winner:
Traktour is a social business whose mission is to reconnect Canadians to where their food comes from through agritourism excursions to create more conscious, more educated, and more engaged eaters.
3rd Place Winner: Algo
Algo is a service for collecting harmful, excess algae from bodies of water and transforming the algae into value- added products like biofuel and fertilizer for sustainable consumption.
