Dialogue 平特五不中 Retention Incentives aim to:
- increase the number of health and social services technicians and professionals able to meet the needs of the English-speaking people in Quebec鈥檚 regions;
- increase institutions鈥� capacity to hire these technicians and professionals by giving the institutions incentives to create internship placements and offering support for internship supervisors;听
- empower community networks to partner with Dialogue 平特五不中 for the recruitment and retention of healthcare and social workers in their respective regions/communities;
- increase the number of new graduates capable of obtaining jobs in the different regions of Quebec who can offer services to English-speaking clients.
