What is the Peer Program all about?
The volunteer Career Management Peer Program offers a unique opportunity for students to get involved in the Faculty of Management and to help fellow students learn about Career Management at Desautels and the various resources we have available. Peer Advisors are selected prior to the fall and winter terms and then follow an interactive training program.
The Career Management Peer Advisors are BACK for the 2023-2024 academic year! The Peer Advisors strive to provide a service that is helpful, insightful, and beneficial for your career preparation and future success.
Current Desautels U0 and U1 students, meet with a Peer Advisor to:
- Chat with a fellow upper year student about life at Desautels, guidance based on their own extracurricular involvement, their internship experience, and more!
- Strengthen听your resume content, and/or obtain a higher VMock score (if you're struggling to obtain 70% after several revisions and uploads)
