Apr猫蝉 avoir obtenu son 诲颈辫濒么尘别, il a rejoint 濒'茅辩耻颈辫别 en tant que 诲茅惫别濒辞辫辫别耻谤 de logiciels pour travailler sur des projets tels que EpiShare, Bento et FreezeMan. Elisabeth Chima

Elizabeth Chima est gestionnaire des relations au sein de la division des services bancaires aux entreprises de la HSBC 脿 Montr茅al. Elle a obtenu son 诲颈辫濒么尘别 de la 贵补肠耻濒迟茅 de gestion Desautels en 2020 en tant que majore de sa promotion, avec une double majeure en finance et gestion internationale et une mineure en 茅肠辞苍辞尘颈别. Pendant ses 茅迟耻诲别蝉 脿 濒鈥橴苍颈惫别谤蝉颈迟茅 平特五不中, elle 蝉鈥檈蝉迟 颈尘辫濒颈辩耻茅别 dans plusieurs organisations 诲颈谤颈驳茅别蝉 par des 茅迟耻诲颈补苍迟.别.蝉, notamment en tant que directrice 别虫茅肠耻迟颈惫别 de Desautels Management Achievement Awards et directrice de la logistique pour le club Desautels Women in Business. Please note this is the 75 minute Introduction to the LEVEL UP series & features an activity designed to dive deep and explore teamwork & leadership as well as provide information about the program.
DESIRED OUTCOMES for this INTRO:鈥 Experience how to lay the ground for creative destruction by doing the hard work in a fun way.鈥 Make it possible to speak the unspeakable and get skeletons out of the closet.鈥 Build trust by acting all together to remove barriers.
DESIRED OUTCOMES of the LEVEL UP Program include: Engaging in a learning community through interactions, experimentation, and sharing. Crash Course in Getting Comfortable Negotiating Job Offers

We will discuss the importance of evaluating job offers, the benefits of negotiating and strategies to best prepare for these conversations. The 30 minute session will be followed by a brief Q&A.   • Assess a job offer and identify important aspects to consider
  • Define negotiation, and understand factors influencing negotiations
  • Understand the benefits of negotiating and develop strategies to prepare for the process
