Attend this session to hear the early career chronicles of an International Accountant, Ubisoft Data Analyst, and Deloitte Management Consultant and get their advice on networking internally, recovering from "rooky" mistakes, finding mentors and advocates, and getting noticed and promoted.聽

A 10 year veteran of data analytics, Ga毛tan started his career in Insurance services before transitioning to the videogame industry.
Holding a B.Sc. in Mathematics from the University of Montr茅al and a M. Sc. in Computer Science from Concordia University, Ga毛tan enjoys mentoring and helping guide those interested in entering data-driven professions.
Maurice F. Ngwakum Akisa听触
Maurice Ngwakum-Akisa is a Cameroonian Management Consultant for Deloitte, Montreal, with a background in Economics, Computer Science, and Business Studies.
Being raised across all 4 Subsaharan African regions and having visited 14 African countries by age 19 inspired Maurice to develop a deep interest in the Economic, Social, and Political Development of the African continent and African peoples. Maurice enjoys public speaking and is currently a Global Shaper for the World Economic Forum.

A Chartered Accountant by profession, Stef铿 helps worldwide clients manage their finance project design and execution as an independent consultant. Her work gets informed by over ten years of consulting and management experience working for firms like Deloitte.
Stef铿 won various awards for her outstanding professional achievements and community involvement in Canada and now uses her voice to challenge the roles and stereotypes that lead to inequalities and exclusion. She currently resides with her husband in South Africa.
