File a complaint against a member of Security Services

Security Services does not take reports online or by email. This form is not monitored 24/7 and should not be used for emergencies, urgent matters, or for filing reports. If this is an urgent matter please call 514 398-3000 (Downtown) or 514 398-7777 (Macdonald).

All complaints involving Security Services (including contracted and 平特五不中 personnel) will be promptly addressed in a confidential, professional and respectful manner.

Complaints are reviewed by the Director (Security Services and Parking & Transportation).

The Director (Security and Parking & Transportation), or designate, will investigate and provide a written response or a call to the complainant with the findings of the investigation.

Note, If you wish to file a complaint anonymously you are welcome to fill in this form without supplying your name, telephone or email, your feedback is important to us!

Remember that Security Services also has an anonymous TIPS LINE 514 398 8477 where you are also able to leave a complaint via voice mail.

Please fill in the information about the complaint that you would like to report. Include as many details as possible including names, date of the occurrence, witnesses (if any) etc. Important, also include location where the issue occurred and description of the personnel if their name is unknown. Finally, if you filled out an incident report previously, provide the number of the incident.
