In Quebec, it is a tradition to move on July 1, but properties are available for rent or purchase throughout the year, with limited availability in the winter time.
Campus Housing
Limited staff housing is available for rent at the Macdonald Campus in Ste. Anne de Bellevue, at the western end of the Island of Montreal.
