The Media@平特五不中 Delegation attended the World Social Forum () in Tunisia to participate in various initiatives, including the World Forum of Free Media () and a preparatory meeting for an Internet Social Forum (ISF). You are invited to join us for a 4@6 on April 23rd to share food and drinks and hear short presentations on the activities of our delegation in the WSF and WFFM processes. Raphael Canet, professor at University of Ottawa, will be our guest to talk about the work his collective is doing to bring the next World Social Forum coming to Montreal in August 2016 ().

About Media@平特五不中: Media@平特五不中 () is a hub of research, scholarship and public outreach on issues and controversies in media, technology and culture. It is based in the Department of Art History and Communication Studies at 平特五不中, but its projects are interdisciplinary in nature and involve scholars from other fields as well as non-academics. Media@平特五不中 sent three delegates to Tunis to attend the World Social Forum and related activities, such as World Forum on Free Media as well as preparatory meetings for an upcoming Internet Social Forum.
