Admission review process
Ìý

The minimum requirements areÌýthree A-Levels (or equivalent),Ìýin three different subjects*, or two A-level and two AS subjects,Ìýin three different subjects. Admission is competitive andÌýapplicants who present the minimum requirements are not guaranteed admission.

*ÌýNote that Maths and Further Maths, while two separate A-Levels, are considered to be one subject.

  • If completing Upper Form VI, you will be considered on: (I)GCSEs, Form VI grades, AS 1(or modular/unit) results (if written) and predicted AL results. If you have completed only lower Form VI with AS and haveÌýappropriate GCSE examinations with clearly superior marks, you mayÌýbe considered for admission exceptionally, on an individual basis.
  • If you are attending a school where it isÌýthe policy to sit all International A-Level examinations at the end of the second year (and not sit for unit/module examinations and/or notÌýclaim AS qualifications at the end of AL1), then your school mustÌýcommunicate this information clearly to ƽÌØÎå²»ÖÐ, either by letter or in its school profile. If written, AS results must be submitted.
  • For Caribbean students writing through CXC, you will be considered on: CSEC,ÌýCAPE Unit 1, UnitÌý2 (predicted or final), and school results.

All grades are taken into consideration in determining admission, including those of failed or repeated courses.

If admitted, you are expected to maintain your level of academic performance through to the completion of your pre-ƽÌØÎå²»ÖÐ studies.

A maximum of 30 credits ofÌýadvanced standingÌýmay be granted for final official results.

Prerequisites and last year's cut-offs

Below are the lowest grades used for admission for September 2024.

Grades that are equal to or better than those listed below do not guarantee admission.

Supporting documentation

It is in the applicant’s interest to complete their file as quickly as possible. When program space is limited, preference may be given to applicants who have submitted all required supporting documents/information earlier on. Should a program reach its capacity prior to the ‘supporting documents’ and/or ‘self-reporting’ deadline, incomplete applications may be cancelled.

  1. Academic documents

All academic documents must beÌýuploadedÌývia your .Ìý
    - Copy of all GCSE/IGCSE/O-Level/CSEC results certificates (Students who have not written GCSE/IGCSE/O-Level must submit transcript/results for their previous-to A-Level studies)
    - Lower and Upper Form VI/Form VII school results/progress reports
    - Any AS or CAPE Unit 1 results
    - Predicted ALevel/Pre-U/CAPE results
    - If A-Levels/Pre-U/CAPE are already completed, a copy of the final results is required.

  2. Proof of English proficiency

Applicants who have lived and attended school, for at least four years, in a country where English is the acknowledged primary language, are not required to provide further proof of English proficiency.

If this is not the case, official test results will be required by the supporting document deadline.Ìý Please consultÌýProof of English ProficiencyÌýfor accepted tests and other exemptions.

  3. Additional supporting documents

Certain programs will require additional supporting documents. These could be proof of French proficiency, CASPer test results, recommendation letters, personal statement, or other documents; the requirements will be different depending on the program you are applying to. If your program choice is listed below, please carefully verify the additional requirement(s):

If none of the above apply, additional supporting documents are not considered in the admission review and should not be submitted.
