Biography: 

Dr. Mirko Gilardino is a board-certified Plastic Surgeon recognized by the Canadian Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is currently the Chief of Plastic Surgery at the 平特五不中 Health Centre and the Montreal Children鈥檚 Hospital.

Dr. Gilardino is the former Director of the Plastic Surgery Residency Program at the 平特五不中 Health Centre, a program he led for 8 years. As division chief, he continues to be actively involved in surgical education and training of residents as an Associate Professor of Surgery at the 平特五不中 Faculty of Medicine. He also supervises the fellowship program in pediatric craniofacial reconstruction, one of the best in Canada.
