Overview
Policy : People analytics is a data-driven approach to recruit, retain and manage people. The focus of the course is on the systematic collection of data from inside or outside an organization and, the analysis and interpretation of the data to improve human resources decisions that are aligned with an organization鈥檚 strategic goals.
