Program Requirements

Ce programme adapté s'adresse aux étudiants autochtones et répond aux besoins exprimés par les leaders de leur communauté. Le vingt et unième siècle exige la pluridisciplinarité tant chez les individus que dans les équipes, les communautés et les organisations. Ce programme présente aux participants les connaissances et les compétences requises au démarrage, à la promotion et à la gestion d'une entreprise ou d'une organisation pertinente d'un point de vue social. Il vise l'atteinte de la littératie numérique et financière et l'acquisition des compétences de base en matière de communication et de gestion. Il permet aux participants de développer les habiletés nécessaires pour créer une entreprise ou travailler efficacement dans une organisation existante, élaborer un plan d'affaires, réaliser des projets, communiquer avec assurance, bien gérer les échanges avec les parties prenantes internes et externes, comprendre les fondements du cadre social, politique et légal d'opération des organisations et gérer et résoudre les conflits.
