RETL : Introduction to business strategy and stakeholders. Balanced scorecard and corporate social responsibility. Analytical methods to manage the other stakeholders in a firm 鈥� owners, employees, and the public. Introduction to stakeholder theory and tools that managers can use to discriminate between the various choices to maximize stakeholder value and balance between competing stakeholder needs.
