Program Requirements
Le certificat en int茅gration scolaire est con莽u pour pr茅parer les enseignants qui interviennent dans des classes normales, aux 茅ducateurs sp茅cialis茅s, aux 茅ducateurs pour adultes et autres professionnels de l'茅ducation. Le programme propose une s茅rie de cours qui permettront d'adapter le programme d'茅tudes et l'enseignement aux 茅tudiants qui pr茅sentent des aptitudes et des modes d'apprentissage vari茅s et des besoins particuliers. Il s'efforce de r茅pondre aux besoins des 茅ducateurs qui doivent adapter leurs interventions 脿 la r茅alit茅 des 茅tablissements scolaires d'aujourd'hui : a) pour les enseignants de programmes g茅n茅raux; enseigner aux 茅tudiants qui pr茅sentent des besoins vari茅s dans des classes h茅t茅rog猫nes et b) pour les 茅ducateurs sp茅cialis茅s; collaborer avec d'autres professionnels intervenant aupr猫s d'茅tudiants exceptionnels.

Overview of characteristics, causes, needs, and teaching strategies for diverse and exceptional students, teaching and learning for differences in intellectual, emotional, behavioural, sensory, physical and learning domains found in effective inclusive classrooms. Working with families.

Adapting curriculum and instruction for learners with varying abilities, learning styles, and needs. Collaboration with students, families, and other educators (or stakeholders) in the instructional process. Application of adaptations at the classroom and school level for all students in inclusive schools.
