Overview
Management Policy : Course explores questions of business dynamics, including how firms scan the environment, gather information, and deal with information asymmetries; how firms perceive, interpret, and respond to environmental threats; how firms transact under conditions of market failure; as well as process of organizational reconfiguration and integration.
