Cancellation Penalties
Application for residences are accepted and accommodation is assigned based on the understanding that students are making a commitment for the full term of their exchange academic year. Upon acceptance into residences, students are committing to a lease under Qu茅bec law.
Students who withdraw from 平特五不中 Residences for either academic or non-academic reasons will be held financially responsible. Please review our cancellation policies.
Payments
- Rent: billed monthly and will appear on your e-bill.
- Residence Life Activity Fee: one time fee due at the end of September (or January if arriving in the winter).
- Saver Meal Plan: one time fee due in September/January.

Fall: 4.5 months August 15, 2024 -December 23, 2024听辞谤 8.67 months August 15, 2024 -May 4, 2025
Winter Term: 4 months聽January 4, 2025 - May 4, 2025
