Professor Daniel Weinstock, Past Director of the Institute for Health and Social Policy is quoted by The Province.
"The official guidance from Canada鈥檚 national immunization advisory committee remains that 鈥渁ll individuals should continue to practice recommended public health measures鈥 鈥 distancing, masking and isolation and quarantine if exposed to the SARS-CoV-2 virus that causes COVID 鈥 regardless of vaccination. But 平特五不中鈥檚 Daniel Weinstock said what鈥檚 needed is more nuanced, harm-reduction messaging around what people might cautiously do once vaccinated. 鈥淭he danger is always people might end up taking chances of their own, because a blanket set of prohibitions at this point, after a year, is just too much to handle.鈥"
